False Confession

She hadn’t gone out on him yet he accused her anyway. She told him she didn’t yet he held her down in the car his hands around her neck yelling at her “you did I know you did just admit to it and I will stop, I will let you go”. Her face stung from his fists she could fell her upper lip swelling. Every time he squeezed her neck the air left her lungs. He only let up long enough to yell at her. Just long enough for her to breathe again. Her mind was a mess, she questioned herself, how did this happen how did it come to this what happened to the man I fell in love with? “I’ll give you one more chance before I squeeze the life out of you” he yelled as he begun to squeeze again. ”Ok “she yelled “are you happy I did I went out on you.” Suddenly she felt the blow of his fist hit her face over and over again. She knew she wouldn’t live to get out of the car, she felt herself falling into blackness all around her. Then she remember her kids her babies what would they do without her and she fought to stay alive, willed herself to live. Sandra did live, she was lucky, she woke up in the woods alone sometime later, still fearing for herself she ran around in the woods franticly confused and lost. Finally finding a road she walked for miles hitting every time she saw a car for she just knew it was him. When she woke up in the Hospital a few days later, she was told she had been found lying beside a ditch. Her face was unrecognizable; her neck was black from bruises. She had come close to dying.
